Terms and Conditions – 

All information, products and services displayed on www.lifesutram.com constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. www.lifesutram.com has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof.

In order to use the www.lifesutram.com website, you (The User) have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. Lifesutram.com reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

You are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use www.lifesutram.com (website).

1. We have made every effort to display the colour of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and also on the lighting effects.

2. The product in the picture may differ slightly to the product received, in terms of minor impressions on the products, colour shades, variations etc. Our preference is to provide the same product as shown in the picture, however minor errors are unavoidable. Please keep all the above in mind before placing the order.

3. Lifesutram.com will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on www.lifesutram.com. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act/omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, or under any other cause of action.

4. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Lifesutram.com

5. Lifesutram.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

6. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Lifesutram.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

7. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Lifesutram.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Lifesutram.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of www.lifesutram.com without prior intimation whatsoever.

8. Lifesutram.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

9. Lifesutram.com shall not entertain any complaints after 2 days, after the order is delivered.

10. The information provided by the customer like name, email address, address etc, for the purpose of communication, completion of the order etc., will be kept secret and confidential, to safeguard the privacy of our User’s personal data.

11. All legal communications to Lifesutram should be to our official address.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds –

We use best Courier partners like Fedex, Aramex, DTDC, DELHIVERY etc to ensure a speedy and safe product delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time :

After the order confirmation, the products will be dispatched in the next 1-2 days. The estimate delivery time, after dispatch is 3-5 working days.

Dispatch Details :

After the product dispatch, you will be provided with the shipment details of your order on demand, for tracking of the shipment. Lifesutram.com is not responsible if the shipment is returned, due to unavailability of recipient at the address. Also for COD orders, the courier partners do not allow the customer to open and check the parcel, until they make the payment. You are expected to first make the payment and then receive the parcel. Delivery Charges :

There is a flat delivery charge of Rs. 100 per article ordered, to be delivered within India, unless specifically mentioned on checkout page. Please call or write to our helpline for details before ordering. This fee may change without prior intimation.

Cash On Delivery :

There is a nominal fee of Rs. 40 as the COD charges, per order unless specifically mentioned on checkout page. Please call or write to our helpline for details before ordering. This fee may change without prior intimation.

Product Care & Packing :

We ensure that the products are packed well, to avoid any form of damage. We take utmost care to ensure products reach you without any damage.

Cancellation:

If the order is not dispatched, it can be cancelled by writing an email to [email protected], and we will refund the total amount or replace the order. However, order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from date of delivery only in case of damages during transportation. No returns except in case of damaged product received.

Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail at [email protected], with the pictures of the damage and the product, within 24 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive either a replacement/discount/refund, depending on case to case scenario. The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Lifesutram.com.

Terms & Conditions specific to Rental Orders :

1. Condition of the jewellery is new or as-good-as-new
2. The jewellery is let-out to paying customer at fraction of actual cost in good faith
3. Paying customer should not share jewellery items with  & family since this is revenue loss for company. Customers found guilty of such malpractices are liable to pay for losses to the company
4. The customer should use the jewellery responsibly and return it timely
5. The jewellery should be returned in original box along with packing in which it was delivered
6. The customer should click picture/video of the jewellery as soon as it it delivered as proof of its ‘condition’ at time of delivery. This will avoid discussions, if any, around maintenance charges at time of return
7. In case the jewellery delivered is found un-usable, customer should write to [email protected] with images of malfunctioning parts, within 1 hour  from delivery requesting replacement. Exchange of jewellery or refund of subscription fee will not be entertained if the intimation is received post 1 hour
8. Security deposit will be refunded upon written request from customer, within 15 working days after completion of active subscription period. The customers should write to [email protected]
9. If products are not returned within 2 working days from end of subscription period, it will considered that the customer would like to buy the product/s and will be deemed as sale. The customer will be liable to pay for member-only price of jewellery in possession. Appropriate adjustments will be made from security deposit in such cases
10. For buying products on member-only price, active rental subscription is a must
11. New order will be delivered only after jewellery items from previous orders, if any, are returned by customer and the return is accepted by the company after thorough inspection of product
12. Third party services will be used for pick-up and delivery of jewellery. While we will do its best to ensure delivery within 48 hours, we cannot be hold liable for delays caused by third party courier services
13. Customers can request return of jewellery items before completion of subscription period by writing to [email protected]
14. Delivery and pick-up is available in Bangalore only
15. Delivery and return pick up address should be same or else customer will have to pay for return pick up as per rates ascertained by the company
16. Orders received from first time customers without security deposit or subscription fee will not be processed unless complete payment is received
